50 Tudor History Lessons. Yours Right Now. Half Off for Two More Weeks.
No waiting. No schedule. Just 50 deep-dive episodes covering the most pivotal moments of the Tudor era, ready to binge whenever you want.
Explore the top 50 events of our favorite era...
Okay, so here's the thing about Tudor history. There are about 50 moments where you can look back and go: that is where everything changed. The day Henry decided he wanted a divorce. The day Lady Jane Grey said yes to a crown she never asked for. The day Elizabeth I looked out at the wreckage of the Spanish Armada and basically became a legend.
I spent all of 2025 making videos about every single one of them and running them live in a community of learners.
And now the whole thing is yours, instantly, for half price.
The Tudor Top 50 is a complete library of 50 video lessons counting down the most pivotal events of the Tudor dynasty, from Bosworth Field to the death of Elizabeth. Each one comes with a reading list, a worksheet, and the kind of "wait, I never knew THAT" moments that make you text your history friends at 11pm.
Plus recordings from our live deep-dive sessions, where things got wonderfully nerdy.

About Heather, your Guide
Hi, I'm Heather, and I'll be your guide for this Tudor Top 50 program. I started The Renaissance English History Podcast in 2009, making it the original Tudor podcast. It was also the featured History podcast in the September 2021 issue of Podcast Magazine.
I love bringing Tudor lovers together - I've been running online history programs for 7 years, and in 2019 I started Tudorcon, a three day in person and online event bringing together Tudor history lovers from around the world.

Praise and Testimonials for Heather's Programs
Heather overdelivered as usual. The videos were fun and informative, and even though I couldn't attend the online calls live, I loved watching the replays and being part of the group!
Debbie ● from Mythbusting the Tudors
I'm not the most tech-savvy, and was worried about whether I'd have trouble accessing everything. But it was all simple.
Amber ● Online Tudorcon Attendee
Having read Tudor history for years, I wasn't sure I would learn anything new, but I was looking forward to the videos, and the price was right. I did learn some new things, thought about some things I already knew in a new way.

Our timeline and Syllabus
So much happened during the 120 years that the Tudors reigned, so how do we decide what to include, and make it flow so it all makes sense? Let's look at the topics covered, and the way they are organized to give you a sense of what you'll be learning in this year-long journey together.
The first ten weeks covers the early reign of the Tudors from Bosworth to the Treaty of Universal Peace in 1514. We'll talk about the early rebellions against the Tudors, the marriages, and the foundational moves of Henry VII and Henry VIII.
Henry in his Glory... We'll cover the Field of Cloth of Gold, the Act of Supremacy, the Dissolution of the Monasteries, the Pilgrimage of Grace and more.
In the third ten week cycle we'll cover the death of Henry, the Prayer Book rebellion, the Nine Days' Queen, the Marian Persecutions, the Ascension of Elizabeth, and the Elizabethan Religious Settlement.
In the fourth ten week cycle we'll cover the Treaty of Edinburgh, the Thirty Nine Articles, Francis Drake, the Spanish Armada, and more.
We'll focus on the legacy of the Tudors, looking at cultural events like the flourishing of Shakespeare and Marlowe, the Poor Law, the capture of Cadiz, the Essex Rebellion, the death of Elizabeth, and ascension of James VI/I.
